This charmingly handsome little fellow is Houdini, and he is Black Call Duck. He was dropped off on 12/18/14, the same day that Huey was picked up at the airport. Unlike Huey, who doesn’t want anything to do with the outdoors, at least no…t yet anyway, Houdini took the first chance he had at escape, and made a ‘duck line’ for the pond. Call ducks of just about any breed, absolutely love to spend most of their time in water. We currently have eight other Black Call Ducks, so Houdini will fit in just fine, although he seems to have hooked up with a buddy mallard, instead of his look-a-likes. He, unlike the other eight, does not mind coming in the garage at night, for now, anyway!
